2. M-Mobile provides prepaid services, meaning charges are billed in advance. Unused data does not carry over. Prepaid balances and top-ups are non-refundable.
3. Plans include a data allotment at full network speeds. If the data allotment is exceeded, data may be slowed, blocked, or subject to pay-per-use charges, depending on the plan. Data is non-shareable and non-transferrable. M-Mobile’s unlimited data plans include, depending on the plan selected, up to 500GB of full-speed data during each billing cycle. Once the included full-speed data allotment has been used, data access will continue with no overage charges, but speeds will be reduced to up to 256 kilobits per second (256 kbps) for the remainder of the plan cycle. At reduced speeds, certain applications and services, including email, messaging, light web browsing, and other low-bandwidth activities, may continue to function, but performance may be slower. Higher-bandwidth applications and services, including video streaming, large file transfers, peer-to-peer file sharing, hotspot use, or other data-intensive activities, may be limited, function poorly, or not perform as expected at reduced speeds.

5. M-Mobile eSIMs, Soft SIMs, and Physical SIMs are data-only SIMs. This means that emergency services such as, but not limited to, 911, 919, 999, 112, 000, 111, and 110 may not work. Most phones, in most countries, should be able to access emergency services regardless of carrier, but availability depends on local government regulation.
6. Data usage is rounded to the nearest kilobyte and includes data sent and received, including Wi-Fi calling and texting/Voice over Data (VoD), picture and video messages, and data used by instant messaging applications. Data is intended for use within your plan’s specified region.
7. M-Mobile will provide usage notifications by text message when a subscriber reaches 50%, 70% and 100% of the included full-speed data allotment associated with their plan.
8. Network and data usage metrics are reported on a near real-time basis in accordance with the GSMA NRTRDE standard and may be subject to delay.
9. 2G, 3G, 4G LTE and 5G speeds are subject to the host carrier's data management policy. Access to 5G requires a compatible device, SIM, an eligible plan, and presence within a 5G coverage area. A 5G indicator does not guarantee active 5G service. M-Mobile and host carriers reserve the right to manage network resources using reasonable traffic management practices.
10. Service on the TTC is not guaranteed, and the availability of service can vary by station, tunnel segment, device, plan, and network availability. M-Mobile cannot guarantee that your device will work while on the TTC subway.
