M-Mobile Accessibility Plan
Brief summary
M-Mobile Inc. is committed to identifying, removing, and preventing barriers to accessibility for persons with disabilities, in accordance with the Accessible Canada Act and applicable CRTC accessibility requirements. As a digital-first telecommunications provider, our accessibility efforts focus on ensuring that our digital platforms, customer communications, and support channels are designed and delivered in an inclusive and accessible manner.
This accessibility plan outlines M-Mobile’s approach and actions across key priority areas, including employment practices, information and communication technologies (ICT), communication methods, procurement of goods and services, and the design and delivery of programs and services. Because M-Mobile does not operate company-owned public retail locations, considerations related to the built environment are currently limited in scope.
M-Mobile recognizes the importance of consultation and feedback from persons with disabilities. We maintain processes to receive, review, and consider accessibility-related feedback on an ongoing basis, and we use this feedback to inform continuous improvements to our services and operations.
Progress in implementing this plan will be documented through periodic updates, including annual progress reports as required by the CRTC. This accessibility plan is made publicly available and can be provided in alternate formats upon request.
